Hinode Sushi, an authentic Japanese restaurant in the heart of Valtellina, had an ambitious goal: to position itself as a premium food destination ahead of the Milan-Cortina 2026 Olympics. With the arrival of thousands of international tourists, a digital strategy was needed to intercept them before, during, and after the Games.
The existing site was dated, not mobile-friendly, and completely invisible on Google for local searches. In a competitive restaurant market, this meant losing customers every day.
